Reporting a Bug

Help us fix it faster

Include the following details when reporting a bug so we can resolve it quickly. Email your report to hi@yocoolmate.com.

  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
  • OS version (e.g. iOS 18.2, Android 15)
  • Cool Mate app version (found in Profile > Settings)
  • What happened and what you expected
  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
