DMCA Policy

Cool Mate ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and other applicable laws, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements set out below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Please use “DMCA Takedown Notice” as the subject line to help us process your request promptly.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

5. Good Faith & Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
